The Institute Behind the Med Spa
ILM Aesthetics is the medical spa of the Institute for Laser Medicine — a training school approaching its 20th year that teaches injectors, laser technicians, and aesthetic nurses across the region. The provider treating you is, in many cases, the one who teaches these procedures to other professionals.
Founded and led by Gina Rosenberger and Christine Magro, ILM has grown almost entirely on word of mouth, with more than 25 years of combined experience in medical aesthetics. We are full-spectrum by design — injectables, laser and energy devices, medical-grade skincare, bio-identical hormone therapy for women and men, peptides, IV and NAD+ therapy, a supervised medical weight-loss program, and sexual health — all under one roof, supervised by a Medical Director.
You’ll find us in the heart of historic Skippack Village at 4092 W Skippack Pike, Skippack, PA 19474, with free parking directly in front. We’re part of a small family of businesses alongside The Body Serene Day Spa (thebodyserenedayspa.com) and the Institute for Laser Medicine training programs (ilmprograms.com).

Medical direction
Every clinical protocol at ILM is overseen by Dr. Gregory Bolton, Jr., MD — a board-certified OB/GYN with more than 15 years in medical aesthetics and approximately 15,000 hormone pellet insertion procedures. He directs our bio-identical hormone program and anchors the medical rigor behind every treatment category we offer.
Our providers
Every treatment has a credentialed owner: Melina Quinn, RN, BSN (lead injectables trainer) for tox and filler; Jennifer Gibson, LE (lead laser instructor, CLSO) for laser and medical skincare; Leslie Fritz, CRNP (Menopause Society-certified) and Medical Director Dr. Gregory Bolton, Jr., MD — about 15,000 hormone pellet procedures — for hormones and weight loss.
