Hormone Replacement Therapy for Women in Skippack, PA
Perimenopause and menopause can bring fatigue, disrupted sleep, brain fog, low mood, weight changes, and a lower libido — often years before anyone connects them to shifting hormones. Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) restores hormones to healthier levels using compounds structurally identical to the ones your body makes.
At ILM, your program is built and supervised by Leslie Fritz, CRNP — certified through The Menopause Society — with Medical Director Dr. Gregory Bolton, Jr., MD, whose ~15,000 hormone pellet insertion procedures make him one of the region’s most experienced hormone physicians. Every plan starts with labs and a real conversation, and results vary from person to person.
Performed by Leslie Fritz, CRNP — Lead Wellness Specialist. Leads ILM’s Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy program.
How it works
- Labs & consultation: We review your symptoms and draw a hormone panel so treatment is guided by your actual numbers, not a template. Nothing is prescribed until it is medically appropriate.
- Pellets or traditional: ILM offers both bio-identical hormone pellets — placed in a quick in-office procedure and releasing hormones steadily for months — and traditional protocols (creams, injections, oral). We choose the route that fits your body and preferences.
- Follow-up: We recheck labs and how you feel, and adjust. Ongoing supervision is the difference between hormone optimization and a one-size prescription.

Is this right for me?
Women experiencing symptoms of perimenopause, menopause, or hormone imbalance are often good candidates. Labs and a medical review confirm whether BHRT is appropriate and safe for you.
Questions, answered
Are bio-identical hormones safer than other options?
Bio-identical hormones are structurally identical to the hormones your body produces. Whether hormone therapy is right for you depends on your health history and labs — which is exactly why every ILM program is medically supervised and individualized. Results and risks vary by person.
Pellets or traditional HRT — what’s the difference?
Pellets are placed under the skin in a brief in-office procedure and release hormones steadily over several months, so there is nothing to apply daily. Traditional protocols (creams, injections, oral) are dosed on a schedule. We help you choose based on your labs, symptoms, and lifestyle.
Who oversees my treatment?
Your plan is led by Leslie Fritz, CRNP — certified through The Menopause Society — under Medical Director Dr. Gregory Bolton, Jr., MD, who has performed approximately 15,000 hormone pellet procedures.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Many women begin noticing improvements in energy and sleep within a few weeks, with fuller effect over one to three months. Timelines vary, and we adjust based on your follow-up labs and how you feel.
Do you check bloodwork?
Yes. We draw a hormone panel before starting and recheck it during treatment. HRT at ILM is always lab-guided.
How much does HRT cost?
Because programs are individualized to your labs and chosen protocol, pricing is reviewed at your consultation. A $199 consultation fee applies to hormone & wellness, medical weight-loss, and men’s-health consultations. Hormone, medical weight-loss, and peptide programs then run on a $99 per month membership, which begins after that consultation.
